Aviation Events Calendar 2018


2018 is quickly becoming the most exciting year yet for aviation. We’ve compiled a guide to the must-see events on the world’s aviation calendar.

Singapore Airshow

6 – 11 February, 2018 | Singapore

Get your trip off to the best start with Singapore’s Airshow, Asia’s largest aerospace and defence event. This global show starts on 6 February for business, and is open to the public on the 10 and 11 for two action-packed days of static aircraft and incredible aerial acrobatic displays.

Displays include the Black Eagles Aerobatic Team, made up of eight Republic of Korea Air Force pilots flying T-50s, and six Jupiter Aerobatic Team members flying KT-1Bs from the Indonesian Air Force (TNI-AU). In addition, there will be meet-the-pilot sessions where visitors can interact and take photos with the events’ pilots. International Women in Aviation Conference

The 2018 International Women in Aviation Conference (WAI) seeks to inspire and educate women on all things aviation while celebrating the women who have aided pioneering aviation and aerospace developments.

Since its inaugural conference in 1990, WAI has become much more than a networking event. In 1994 it was recognised as a professional, non-profit organisation. Today, 4,500 international representatives from 19 countries are part of the WAI, awarding a total of 120 scholarships to members at every stage of their careers.
