3. Harrisburg

Harrisburg is the designated capital city of Pennsylvania State. Whilst it may be small compared to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, with a population of only 48,904 people, the state is governed from here in the Pennsylvania State Capitol building. Harrisburg International Airport is located 13 miles from the city center.

4. Allentown

Allentown is the third most populated city in the state. Allentown Queen City Municipal Airport, also known as Queen City Airport, is located just three miles from the city center of Allentown.

5. Erie

Erie International Airport is situated just five miles out of Erie in Erie County.

Located in western New England, Springfield is the largest city on the Connecticut River, with sites including the Dr Seuss National Memorial Sculpture Garden, Forest Park Historic District and Springfield Armory Historic Site. Fly to Bradley International Airport in the state of Connecticut or Cannizzaro Field, a local private jet airport.

5. Cambridge
